You can reach the hotel easily by underground if you arrive by train. Just take the U4 or the U5 and get off at "LEHEL" - after three minutes you will arrive at the hotel.
If you come to Munich by plane: Take the S 8 (fast train) and change trains at the Ostbahnhof for the underground U4 or U5. You have to get off at "LEHEL".
